Material testing:We will conduct detailed chemical composition testing and other related tests for each batch of raw materials purchased.

Size detection: Each product will be strictly measured according to the corresponding standards and drawings, including effective length size, interface size, wall thickness and so on. 

Mechanical properties test:The test rods in each furnace are tested for mechanical properties, including tensile strength, elongation and hardness.

Chemical testing:The test rods in each furnace are analyzed for chemical elements including: C, Si, Mn, P, S and Mg.

Metallographic analysis:The microstructure of the material must be strictly tested, including the spheroidization rate, ferrite content, pearlite content, and the number of graphite spheres.

Hydraulic test:Each product is hydraulically tested at the test pressure required by the corresponding standard.

Coating test:For standard coated liner fittings, the thickness of cement and asphalt paint and the zinc-containing mass per unit area are measured.

Electrostatic spraying coating test:The internal and external epoxy coating tests are carried out according to BS EN14901 and include coating thickness, tensile test, leak point test, MIBK test and impact test.
